Dr. Theodore Nicholas
Dr. Nicholas has been practicing in eastern North Carolina, specifically the Outer Banks, since 2002. He is a board-certified physical medicine and rehablitation physician and an American Acadamy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation fellow. Physical Medicine physicians, or Physiatrists, treat medical conditions that cause pain or limit function through providing a full spectrum of care, from diagnosing, to treatment and rehabilitation. It is our goal to restore maximum health and quality of life.
Insurance
We will gladly file claims for services to Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans, NC Medicaid, all NC Medicaid managed care plans, Humana, Medcost, Inclusive Health, United Health Care, Optima and many others.
Currently, we do not participate with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC, Tricare, and Wellpath and are not accepting new workers' compensation cases. Please contact our office with any questions.
